Deliveries

Standard delivers orders within 24 hours throughout most of the continental US. In the greater Washington-Baltimore area deliveries are made by uniformed employees in company vehicles.

Return Policy

We have a no-hassle return policy
  • Standard accepts the return of routine office supply items up to 60 days after delivery when returned in re-salable condition.
  • Not returnable except, in case of damage, defect, or Standard's error are: food, beverage, or any ingestible items, special order items and furniture
To return items, please complete the Return Request form or call 202-829-4820 and provide:
  • Order Number
  • Item Number of the product(s) you are returning
  • The reason for the return

Damages or Shortages

Damaged goods or shortages in an order delivered by Standard must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order for us to correct the problem

Warranties

Standard warranties all the products it sells against damage or defect. If a product is found to be damaged or defective within 30 days of the delivery date, report the problem and Standard will promptly replace the item. If defects occur after 30 days from delivery, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Standard provides contact and warranty information for the items it sells.
